Last date of receiving the ballot paper by speed post / courier / by hand : 16th March 2024, 18.00 hr.

Greetings. I am attaching ballot paper for casting votes for various posts of Governing Body of INC IAH for the year 2024-26. The guidelines for casting vote are also attached for your reference. It is requested to take utmost care in casting vote after following the guidelines meticulously to avoid cancellation of vote(s).

Guidelines of Election
1. The Returning officer of the election: Shri Y. B. Kaushik, Former Regional Director, CGWB (E-mail: inc.iah.election@gmail.com)
2. The election to Governing body of INC-IAH 2024-26 will be held for the following posts:

3. The schedule of election will be as follows:

4. Eligibility for Voting and Nomination· Should have obtained the membership of INC of -AH for 2023 by 15th December 2023.
5. Nomination Guidelines
A. Eligible members of INC of IAH India may file nomination by self or proposed by any INC-IAH Member.
B. Members can contest for any one post only.
C. Nomination may be filed only in given format provided by Returning officer.
D. Filing of nomination is only through e-mail by the scheduled date. Scan copy of Signed nomination is to be sent to inc.iah.election@gmail.com
